SHIPPING & RETURNS

If any of our products is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within 30 days for full credit of purchase or exchange less the shipping fee. All returned furniture and equipment must be in original packaging. All credits in your account are automatically deducted from your next order. Claims for missing items must be received 24 hours from receipt of order.

 

ORDERS 
California Sales Tax is required to be assessed on all product or equipment purchases made in California, and on all orders shipped to an address within California. All orders will be shipped by UPS/FEDX/GSO unless otherwise specified. No next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day delivery method will be used, unless requested by and paid by the customer. Order processing time is 5-10 business days for all shipments in the United States. Cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No cancellations after 24 hours from purchase.

 

CANCELLATION
There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. Martinni will issue company credit only for returns. No Refunds. All Returns must be completed within 7 working days of invoice. All returned items must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as it was received. Merchandise must not be used, assembled or damaged in any manner. All Returns must be pre-approved with a valid return authorization number (RMA) placed outside the box.

Returns without (RMA) will be refused. Any merchandise shipped by the client that is damaged during shipping will be the responsibility of the shipper. Custom orders, Refurbished Equipment, SuperFrecator, private label and Trade show orders CANNOT be returned or canceled for any reason.. If the order is refused upon delivery, Martinni will issue a company credit minus the shipping cost. Under no circumstances shall Martinni be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from your use of products or equipment sold by Martinni.

 

EXCHANGES / RETURNS / REFUNDS / REFUSALS

All returned products will incur a 25% restocking/reconditioning fee. The company will issue a company credit only for returns. “No Refunds”. All Returns must be processed within 7 working days of invoice. All returned items must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as it was received. It must not be used, assembled or damaged in any manner. All Returns must be pre-approved with a valid “Return Authorization Number” placed outside the box. Returns without return authorization number (RMA) will be refused.

1. Any damages to returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and customer.
2. All refunds issued will be less shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
3. Custom orders are non-returnable.

 

DAMAGES / DEFECTS
Damage/ Defective products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Client must have the original tracking number of the carrier in order to process the damage complaint. Replacements will be sent out upon confirmation and receipt of the original damaged item. Only items with manufacturing defects or with damages due to improper shipping will be replaced. Damages due to improper use of the equipment are not eligible for replacement.

 

SALES POLICIES

1. Martinni does not accept responsibility for installation or assembly of any items purchased.
2. Martinni is not responsible for maintenance of any of its products. Proper use and maintenance are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Martinni is not responsible nor has knowledge of individual building codes or laws. Please check with your local government offices regarding any questions that you may have. Compliance with all local, state and federal codes is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

PAYMENT POLICIES
All purchases must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Certified Bank Checks and Money Orders. Martinni is also certified with many different lenders that can provide customers with many different financing options.

1. Special order items, as well as items that are not in stock, will require a 50% deposit with the balance due prior to delivery or pick up of merchandise. Items that remain in our warehouse must be picked up or shipped within 3 weeks of purchase. Customer will be a charged storage fee of no less than $55 per day for that item(s) held in our facilities.
2. After special orders are in production, the customer is fully responsible for paying the balance. If the order is cancelled, it will result in total forfeiture of deposit.
3. All returned checks shall be subject to an additional charge of $35 plus all bank and services charges.
4. There is an additional $8.00 charge for any cod orders.

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASER
The enclosure of application instructions is not intended to serve as a representation or warranty that the application of the equipment is in conformity with these instructions and will achieve the desired outcome or any particular result. All such warranties and representations are hereby expressly disclaimed.

The purchaser understands and acknowledges that the equipment purchased is designed for and will be applied only by a licensed professional; and adherence to the application instructions is not a substitute for, and does not excuse the licensee from, his/her professional obligation to independently assess the risk that the application may cause, such as an adverse skin reaction or ot other injury, in light of the consumer’s general health and skin condition.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES
Standard shipping via Commercial Freight Service will be quoted separately. Curbside delivery*, signature required. Carrier may or may not call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3-10business days from the time processing, finalizing and purchasing the order. Ground delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

If you have any customer service questions, order status inquiries, concerns regarding defective product, assembly of furniture or product operation, please call 1-888-440-8811 and ask for the Customer Service Department related to Martinni. Curbside Delivery Service Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal. The delivery terminal may call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window. Your item will be delivered truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver. Martinni will recommend and may sometimes require lift-gates for larger items for an additional charge. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck, we will be unable to complete delivery.

 

REPORTING CLAIMS
Claims for lost, damaged, or defective merchandise must be reported to Martinni within two business days of receipt of the merchandise. Martinni must also receive a written fax or email containing a list of the damaged, defective, or missing item numbers, their corresponding quantities, and a brief explanation. The written list must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise.

 

CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
Claims should be include a detailed description, a copy of the invoice with the item number(s) circled. If your claim is for a damaged item, it is important that you submit a picture, not only as proof, but also in order to speed resolution. Martinni reserves the right to revise, change, and/or update this policy at any time. Not responsible for any typographical errors.
